VENTURE TRUST FUND
The new alternative to venture capital and
venture debt for financing startup businesses.
PREMISE
The two biggest risks for a new venture is lack of
income and the “Cash Burn Rate”. Many
worthy ventures have failed due to this demand
for cash from sales cannot cover expenses.
Furthermore is the infrastructure cost from
which to operate requires and ties up seed
capital.
ALTERNATIVE
Instead of investor capital at high risk, most new
enterprises must raise addition capital for years
of operations in order to succeed in the future.
In 1973, the first ever Exchange for Option
Trading was created. Options are insurance on
the value of stocks and other tradable assets.
Call Options are the right to buy 100 shares of
stock for a set price for a set time. This strategy
is known as Covered Calls, and is the most basic.
INCOME GENERATION
During the pre-internet era, any investor could
earn extra income selling Call options on their
shares of stock. The average monthly return was
3% on the value at that time. The electronic
markets of today are larger and more diverse
thanks to online trading.
EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS
An alternative to Mutual Funds came into
being providing instant trading and with
them option trading. Yieldmax and other
ETF creators is managed by option veterans
with 25 years of experience. It manages
multi-billion funds using covered call
alternatives using option hedging on specific
stocks. Currently one of these is MSTY and
pays monthly dividend on average of 10%.
It has consistently paid monthly dividends
for the past two years.
THE NEW FUNDING SYSTEM
The founders of Victory International
Pictures plan to invest all funds raised into
such ETFs to create an internal trust fund.
This means of passive income has been
available since 1973. The Yeildmax
approach provides less risk with a higher
monthly return.
This mean the amount of annual operating
cost is the capital needed to operate the new
business. Investors are secured by a tradable
fund managed by professionals regulated by
the SEC.
Furthermore, the business is not affected by
lack of sales, the economic swings, nor a
Covid-19 event – the market never closed.
Employees are secured and production
interruptions are mostly eliminated.
